One-Stop-Shop for Cover
Crops held on June 19th
Start planning to cover up for the winter. Sponsored
by the Taylor County Soil and Water Conservation
District and the Taylor County Water Quality Initiative Project, a One-Stop-Shop for Cover Crops
will be held on June 19th and they welcome your
attendance.
The event will be come-and-go with local vendors
available to answer questions about cover crop
seeding, application, soil health, cost share, and
more.
Local seed dealers, cover crop applicators (aerial
and custom drill), state cost share, ISU specialists,
and NRCS/SWCD office staff will be available to
answer questions and help with choosing the right
seed and application method for your operation and
goals.

Free and Open tO the publiC

When: Wednesday June 19th; 10 am – 2 pm
Where: Lenox Community Center
Complimentary lunch will be catered by Tiger Den from
11 am to 1 pm.
